The Lake House: A review

The Lake house is a very touching and wonderful movie. :)
Besides from Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves’ great acting, its storyline made me more engaged to the movie. Imagine, two people separated by time (2 years) fell in love even without meeting each other in real time. Is this possible? Yes it is.
Its plot is enthralling and interesting, and although it is a time-travel fantasy, it is still rational. Unlike other Hollywood films where there are a lot of fuss and e-mailing, The Lake House uses old-fashioned letter writing – a flashback to the real movies.
On the other hand, as I exited the cinema, I heard people
questioning the movie. I think the writer had left holes or unanswered questions in the script that made the people in question. The time rift between Alex and Kate and how they managed to meet after two years was left hanging and questionable. I think the story could have been improved more if few plot holes were removed. But in general, the movie was great.
As I finish this review, I realized that Destiny comes hand in hand with fate and people do not meet in just a snap because true love will make it happen.
Good day to you. :)
