The Amazing Race

Am I the only one fascinated about seeing real, ordinary people do unexpected things on television? I don’t know but Reality TV shows always catch my attention and leaves a great impact on me in a way that it already affects my interests.

Back when I was in First Year, I can vividly remember I was addicted or moreover obsessed with a Reality Show called The Amazing Race. My obsession came to a point that I would watch all the replays of the said show and never get tired of watching it! I never lost interest in the Amazing Race and until now, I still do watch it but of course, is less obsessed.

Just to share; Amazing Race 5 by far was the best season because they included the Philippines in their planned destinations. The episode they had with the Philippines was purely funny and entertaining and it shows how Americans are very laid back and used to the easy life.

I really have this great desire to travel and be able to captivate different sights in different countries and maybe, this is the primary reason why I love the show. The beautiful, endearing and attractive places that they expose just amaze me so much. And by just seeing those places, my desire just keeps on getting bigger.

Another would be my liking for adventure – thrilling, exciting, exhausting and breath-taking. Again, am I the only one to like these stuff? I just feel that doing these kinds of things under pressure makes life a bit livelier and exciting, right? And because you are under pressure, there is a certain adrenaline-rush all throughout your body and sometimes watching the players do the stunts, triggers my wanting to try it also.

The Amazing Race, among all reality shows, is my favorite. I do love to travel and I do love adventure and that is why The Amazing Race is the best. :)
