New York Skyline

New York Skyline :)

I was browsing the net when I came across a picture of the New York Skyline and it made me remember how beautiful it was. Aside from that, I remember taking a shot (2nd picture) of it when I was in New York and the feeling of such pleasure viewing it.

The New York Skyline is one of the greatest things I have seen in my entire life. But I have a question that lingers in my mind since the day I saw it. The New York Skyline has been there for a long time, so why is that it is not considered as a “wonder” of the world?

I know for a fact that the “7 Wonders of the World” are all based on Classical antiquity and the New York Skyline does not belong to that. However, do you not wonder how the skyline was made? I think that man did not plan the skyline – it just happened. Now, won’t you consider that a wonder?

Anyway, my point here is that there are so many beautiful things, sights, people in this world and the New York Skyline is just an example. Stop the habit of seeing only your flaws and problems and start seeing things in a bigger scale and you might even see the true wonders of life.
